For the Yıldırım Port project, we undertook all architectural visualisation work, including façade design, the layout of the square and surrounding landscape, as well as the design and revisions of the interior architectural plans. Developed with a mixed-use approach, the building complex aims to create a new focal point for the area through planning decisions that optimise commercial circulation.

In the project, the configuration of public spaces, combined with a permeable façade language and the use of dynamic ground levels, integrates the spaces both functionally and visually. Transitions between open and private spaces have been designed to enhance the spatial rhythm and user experience. The openings and material contrasts employed in the façade language both enrich the building’s relationship with its surroundings and support the perception of the interior spaces.

The interior design has been shaped with consideration for user density and functional requirements. The transitions between communal areas that encourage social interaction and private areas requiring privacy have been designed to enhance spatial continuity and adaptive use. Yıldırım Port presents a modern architectural example that combines aesthetics, functionality and spatial integrity in both compact living spaces and commercial functions through a contemporary and balanced architectural approach.

Yıldırım Port projesinde, cephe tasarımı, meydan ve çevre peyzaj düzenlemeleri ile iç mimari plan tasarımı ve revizyonları dahil olmak üzere tüm mimari görselleştirme çalışmaları üstlenilmiştir. Karma kullanım yaklaşımıyla geliştirilen yapı kompleksi, ticari sirkülasyonu optimize eden planlama kararları ile bölgesine yeni bir odak noktası kazandırmayı hedeflemektedir.

Projede kamusal alan kurgusu, geçirgen cephe dili ve dinamik zemin kotu kullanımı ile mekânlar, hem işlevsel hem de görsel süreklilik açısından bütünleştirilmiştir. Açık ve özel alanlar arasındaki geçişler, mekânsal ritmi ve kullanıcı deneyimini güçlendirecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Cephe dilinde kullanılan açıklıklar ve malzeme kontrastları, hem yapının çevresiyle ilişkisini zenginleştirmekte hem de iç mekân algısını desteklemektedir.

İç mekân tasarımı, kullanıcı yoğunluğu ve fonksiyonel gereksinimler dikkate alınarak şekillendirilmiştir. Sosyal etkileşimi destekleyen ortak alanlar ile mahremiyet gerektiren özel alanlar arasındaki geçişler, mekânsal sürekliliği ve adaptif kullanımı güçlendirecek biçimde tasarlanmıştır.Yıldırım Port, çağdaş ve dengeli bir mimari yaklaşım ile hem kompakt yaşam alanlarında hem de ticari işlevlerde estetik, işlevsellik ve mekânsal bütünlüğü bir araya getiren modern bir yapı örneği sunmaktadır.
